VIMS Pricing

Monthly subscription fees for VIMS are based on the number of registered users within your organization. There are no set-up fees, no hidden charges, and nothing else to buy. When you sign up with VIMS, your organization will receive a ready-to-use VIMS site, customized to your needs, and one live, remote online training session for all VIMS administrators at no extra charge.

The VIMS monthly subscription fee includes:

  • Unlimited technical support
  • All product updates automatically uploaded to your site
  • Free Unlimited Administrator Accounts
  • Free Unlimited storage of former User Accounts

Important Note: The above fee schedule lists the total fee for all registered users, not a per-user fee and includes unlimited free Administrator accounts and unlimited free storage of archived former users. For example, an organization with 22 registered VIMS users would pay a total monthly fee of $40.00.

The Multi-Station version of VIMS starts at $50.00 a month. To calculate the monthly fee simply add $10.00 a month to any of the above fee ranges. The VIMS Multi-Station version allows agencies to have a separate user registration page and system within a system for various units and/or stations, while still having one single login page for everyone. Contact us for more information regarding this version.

Discounts are available for organizations paying for a 24- or 36-month subscription upfront. Clients paying for two years in advance receive two free months off their invoice; for three-year advance payments, clients receive three months off their invoice.
